Fleet Management and Maintenance
BODO puts its 16 service trucks and its technicians accredited under the preventive maintenance program (PEP) at the service of transportation and construction fleets, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A Business Partner, Not an Imposed Method
A truck down is a schedule broken, a delivery waiting and costs piling up. Your job: keep your units on the road. Ours: make sure mechanics is not the reason they stop.
BODO is not looking to replace your fleet manager. Some clients entrust us with their entire maintenance follow-up; others have their own advisors and want to keep control. Either way, BODO becomes a business partner that adapts to your organization.
Planned Maintenance, Your Way
Your PEP inspections and preventive maintenance are planned with you and performed right at your location — in your yard or at your shop — by our PEP-accredited technicians. Some clients entrust us with coordinating their maintenance deadlines. Others prefer to keep that in-house, with their own advisors. Either way, BODO works alongside your teams, respecting the way you operate: a business partner, not an imposed method.
A Daily Report, With Photos
It’s our working procedure: every work day produces a report handed to the client, backed by photos and PEP sheets. You see what was done, on which unit, and what condition it was in — a clear record for your compliance files and your maintenance decisions.
Wherever the Unit Is
Road, fleet yard or job site: one call is all it takes and the right mobile unit gets rolling, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — heavy trucks, trailers, heavy machinery and industrial mechanics.
One Number, 16 Trucks
514 444-2266. Sixteen service trucks to handle urgent breakdowns and planned maintenance alike: today’s emergency doesn’t derail the week’s maintenance program. Service area: Lanaudière, the Laurentians, Laval, Montreal, Rive-Sud, Valleyfield and Vaudreuil.

Two Ways of Working Together
You Hand Us the Follow-Up
BODO coordinates your maintenance deadlines: you know which units are coming due for inspection, and when. Inspections and maintenance happen at your location, without moving your units.
You Keep Control
Your advisors keep running your program; BODO performs the inspections, maintenance and planned repairs with your teams, according to your priorities.
Emergencies, Without Derailing Everything
With 16 service trucks, an urgent breakdown doesn’t empty the crew assigned to your planned maintenance: today’s emergency doesn’t derail the week’s maintenance program.

What is unplanned downtime costing you?
Enter your numbers: the calculation is instant, and no email will be asked of you. The result is yours.
Annual cost of your unplanned downtime—
Per unit, per year—
Unplanned downtime days, whole fleet—
The same math, as chosen downtime: at 40% conversion, you would avoid about — in unplanned downtime per year, putting — unit-days back on the road. The scenario does not count the cost of the maintenance itself — it only compares downtime you endure with downtime you schedule.
Planned maintenance in your yard is downtime you choose.
A breakdown is downtime you endure.
Your numbers, not ours: BODO only provides the arithmetic. Benchmark for the value of a unit-day: published trucking-industry estimates, roughly $450 to $750 per vehicle per day depending on the type of operation.
